These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Monelle iOS application. By tapping “Explore now” or otherwise using Monelle, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Monelle only with parental/guardian consent where required.

You retain rights to photos and notes you add. You grant Monelle a limited license to process and display that content on your device solely to provide the features you request (journal, gallery, posters, profile).
You represent that you have the rights needed to use the photos you upload.
Coffee Beans are a virtual currency used inside Monelle (for example, high-res poster generation costs 30 Beans). New Cafe users may receive a starting balance (currently 50 Beans). Beans have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable. Billing disputes should first follow Apple’s refund process.

Monelle may request Camera, Photos, Microphone, Speech Recognition, and App Tracking permissions as described in the Privacy Policy. You can deny permissions; some features may then be unavailable.
Monelle, its design, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Monelle as permitted by the App Store rules and these Terms.
Your use of Monelle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains: (1) local Cafe journal storage and no third-party AI for Cafe posters; and (2) Adjust, Device ID, tracking, and Third-Party Advertising analytics that apply app-wide (including Cafe / review experience).
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update the app through the App Store. We are not liable for downtime beyond what applicable law requires.
You may stop using Monelle at any time (Exit, Clear All Data, or uninstall). We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if required by law / Apple policies.
Monelle is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Poster outputs and suggestions are for personal use and may be imperfect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Monelle. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Cafe experience is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Coffee Beans in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $10, except where liability cannot be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence to the extent required by consumer-protection rules, and otherwise by generally accepted principles of commercial law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in a competent jurisdiction may hear disputes; consumers may also have mandatory local venue rights.
